If you wear sunscreen or make-up or live in an urban area, then you need a gentle but thorough cleanser for your face (works with pure shea -> find out how here!). Otherwise, cleansing with water is sufficient. Then apply the Shea Face Balm and you're done. You can find more information on cleansing and care in our blog.
Correct. The Face Balm replaces your day or night cream. Or even both :-) You can use the same face balm in the morning and in the evening. You can find out more about facial care in this article.
The facial care products are deliberately developed for all skin types. You can find out why in this article. Always give your skin enough time (at least 21 days) to adapt to a new skincare product. This is very important to notice the results!

Desire for fewer decisions
During my training as a natural cosmetician, I finally wanted clarity about skin care according to skin type. However, I realized that the categorization by skin type overwhelms many customers. No wonder! The skin is a very complex organ, and categorizing it into 4 skin types doesn't do it justice in my opinion.
