1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by SHEA YEAH AG (hereinafter: "SHEA YEAH"). Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.

By using the services of SHEA YEAH, you accept the following terms and conditions in full. The data protection guidelines and the shipping conditions are a binding and integral part of these GTC.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with SHEA YEAH AG.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.

We will accept your offer within two days by

submitting a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or
if applicable, the payment transaction is carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The time of execution of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under "Payment").
The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

3. contract language

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are: German, French, English

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. terms of delivery

The delivery of goods takes place regularly by dispatch and to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified by SHEA YEAH in the order processing is decisive for the transaction. If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to SHEA YEAH because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch.

We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself for logistical reasons.

Shipping costs may be incurred in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs here.

6 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of SHEA YEAH until full payment has been received.

7. transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately. Please contact our customer service with pictures of the damage. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

8 Guarantees

We do everything we can to deliver quality products and provide excellent service. Because the satisfaction of our customers is important to us.

Our guarantee applies to the following defects: damage caused by transport, incomplete deliveries, manufacturing or packaging defects (excluding reduced products from the "Outlet").

9. return, refund

There is a 30-day right of return (see "30-day money-back guarantee"). Completion of the feedback form is mandatory for a return.

10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of SHEA YEAH. However, SHEA YEAH is authorised to sue customers at their domicile.

These GTC and any disputes between SHEA YEAH and customers shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.

11. final provisions

SHEA YEAH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments will be made available on the SHEA YEAH website and come into force when they go online.
