SHEA YEAH butter comes from the north of Ghana. The nuts are collected almost on the border with Burkina Faso, then taken to the next larger town, Tamale, where they are processed into shea butter in the traditional way in the women's cooperative. You can find out more about the background here .

Product sample regarding fragrance: Unrefined shea butter (many advantages for the skin compared to the fragrance-free refined variant!) has a slightly earthy, tart, smoky nutty fragrance, which is created by roasting the nuts. Very popular in the countries of origin, but somewhat unusual here, which is why we keep it as mild as possible. We are happy to offer you a sample before you order 25 kg.

Every SHEA YEAH product is personally developed by Sandra. She has specialised in the production of water-free natural cosmetics with herbs for over 13 years, starting during her training as a farmer's wife. She has tried out numerous techniques, worked with various professionals and rounded off her knowledge by training as a natural cosmetician.
